Key Responsibilities
- Own new customer acquisition and revenue growth across target markets
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution
- Build scalable sales processes, playbooks, and forecasting frameworks
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
- 5+ years leading high-performing sales teams
- Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals
- Experience selling complex technical solutions (automation, robotics, industrial technology, or similar)
- Experience selling into or managing accounts in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial automation environments
