Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop the sales team to drive performance and accountability
- Own the sales operating cadence and define core KPIs for pipeline and forecasting
- Partner with Marketing to align lead generation and refine targeting strategies
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology, advertising, or media sales with progressive responsibilities
- Strong business development experience, preferably in performance marketing
- Experience with both short and long sales cycles across diverse client types
- Proven track record in team building and culture development
- Bachelor's Degree required
