Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial strategy aligned with company objectives
- Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver on revenue and margin goals
- Drive top-line growth, profitability, and market share expansion
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in building and scaling sales organizations, ideally in B2B SaaS and/or healthcare
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and market share gains
- Experience managing a $10M+ quota or equivalent pipeline responsibility
- Ability to operate in startup ambiguity while preparing for scale
- BA/BS degree or higher
