Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the commercial strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver on revenue and margin goals
  • Drive top-line growth, profitability, and market share expansion
Required Qualifications
  • Proven success in building and scaling sales organizations, ideally in B2B SaaS and/or healthcare
  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and market share gains
  • Experience managing a $10M+ quota or equivalent pipeline responsibility
  • Ability to operate in startup ambiguity while preparing for scale
  • BA/BS degree or higher
