Job Summary
Driving revenue growth, the full-time Head of Sales will manage enterprise accounts, co-sell on complex deals, and coach the sales team while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own agency revenue by carrying a personal quota on enterprise accounts and co-selling to shorten deal cycles
- Coach the sales team through structured weekly pipeline reviews, identifying and resolving deal stalls
- Define the ideal customer profile (ICP) and collaborate with marketing to enhance targeting strategies
Required qualifications
- 4-7+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in a player/coach or sales leadership role
- Proven individual sales track record with experience in managing the full sales cycle
- Experience in coaching and developing sales representatives to achieve quota
- Understanding of both enterprise and SMB sales processes
- Strong proficiency in pipeline management and HubSpot usage
