Job Summary
To support a growing private aviation company, the full-time Head of Sales will lead a remote team of 4-6 brokers, focusing on building structured sales processes, managing pipelines, and driving high-ticket consultative sales.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations and accountability of the remote sales team
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and individual coaching sessions to enhance team performance
- Manage pipeline visibility and ensure qualification standards are met for all leads
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in sales with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in high-ticket consultative or service-based sales
- Track record of developing structured sales processes with measurable outcomes
