Job Summary
To support a growing enterprise sales team, the full-time Head of Sales will establish scalable sales processes, drive account prioritization, and enhance onboarding effectiveness, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Establish scalable and repeatable enterprise sales motions through playbooks and team knowledge sharing
- Drive account prioritization and segmentation to target high-value enterprise opportunities
- Improve onboarding and enablement frameworks for new sales team members
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Account Executive roles, including 1-2 years in people management
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with strategic accounts
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities to enhance AE performance
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through enterprise expansion
- Familiarity with CRM/sales platforms like HubSpot for forecasting and pipeline management
