Job Summary

To support a growing enterprise sales team, the full-time Head of Sales will establish scalable sales processes, drive account prioritization, and enhance onboarding effectiveness, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish scalable and repeatable enterprise sales motions through playbooks and team knowledge sharing
  • Drive account prioritization and segmentation to target high-value enterprise opportunities
  • Improve onboarding and enablement frameworks for new sales team members
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Account Executive roles, including 1-2 years in people management
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with strategic accounts
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities to enhance AE performance
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through enterprise expansion
  • Familiarity with CRM/sales platforms like HubSpot for forecasting and pipeline management
