Job Summary
To drive significant revenue growth, the full-time Head of Sales will build an outbound sales motion from the ground up, clean and optimize the CRM, and identify high-ACV opportunities while working in a hybrid environment in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement the outbound sales strategy, including ideal customer profiles, messaging, and cadence
- Overhaul the CRM for improved data accuracy and forecasting, utilizing AI tools for automation
- Develop strategies to convert competitor's closed-lost opportunities into potential leads
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in building sales processes from scratch, with measurable results
- Fluency in SEO and MarTech concepts, with the ability to engage with marketers and SEO leads
- Startup experience, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness in ambiguous environments
- A strong network of high-performing sales professionals for future team building
- Active use of AI sales tools and automation in current workflows
