Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on, full-time Head of Sales, the independent contractor will lead and optimize the inside sales and revenue operations framework, collaborating closely with the CEO and managing a lean team to drive growth across two primary business units in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day revenue operations and align macro sales forecasting with business unit economics
  • Design and implement multi-channel outbound sequences and targeted sales campaigns in partnership with Marketing
  • Cultivate a high-energy startup culture while identifying talent gaps and developing growth plans for the sales team
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development, with 4+ years managing closing or outbound teams in a startup or e-commerce environment
  • Proven track record of working directly with executives to scale operations and enhance pipeline performance
  • Experience building process-heavy operations in flat organizations with a customer-centric approach
  • Deep familiarity with CRM workflows and data analytics tools
  • Proven ability to work effectively with distributed remote teams during US Eastern and Pacific Timezone hours
