Job Summary
To drive the outbound sales strategy, the full-time Head of Sales Development will manage team managers, oversee prospecting initiatives, and ensure the generation of qualified discovery calls for Account Executives in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop team managers to meet clear outbound sales targets
- Own and execute the strategy for all outreach channels, including cold calling and email campaigns
- Launch and test new initiatives for acquiring discovery calls and continuously improve existing systems
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in outbound sales development for B2B service businesses targeting SMB and mid-market clients
- Proven experience prospecting directly to business owners and founders
- 2+ years of leadership experience in outbound sales teams with accountability for booked-call targets
- Strong background in coaching and training, including developing onboarding programs
- Data-driven and organized, with excellent written and spoken English communication skills
