Job Summary
Leading a regional business focused on driving revenue across Strategic, Enterprise, and Commercial segments, the full-time Head of Sales - East will own end-to-end success by managing a team of Directors, Managers, and Account Executives to exceed targets and expand market presence in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own full revenue accountability and execute a regionally aligned go-to-market strategy
- Lead a multi-layered sales organization, developing leaders and fostering a high-performance culture
- Act as executive sponsor on key deals while driving disciplined pipeline management across all segments
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with progressive leadership responsibility
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million ARR targets at a regional or segment level
- Experience leading multi-layered sales organizations across Strategic, Enterprise, and Commercial segments
- Strong background in selling complex solutions to C-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a regional business owner with accountability for revenue outcomes
