Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Sales (EMEA/APAC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives to drive new revenue in the EMEA/APAC regions
  • Manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and performance metrics to ensure consistent growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance conversion rates and align regional execution with company goals


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Head of Sales, AE Manager, or Sales Manager leading quota-carrying Account Executives
  • 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor in B2B tech/SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business revenue targets
  • Experience working with international or remote teams, preferably with EMEA/APAC exposure
  • Strong command of pipeline management and sales process discipline
