Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Sales (EMEA/APAC).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives to drive new revenue in the EMEA/APAC regions
- Manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and performance metrics to ensure consistent growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance conversion rates and align regional execution with company goals
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Head of Sales, AE Manager, or Sales Manager leading quota-carrying Account Executives
- 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor in B2B tech/SaaS sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business revenue targets
- Experience working with international or remote teams, preferably with EMEA/APAC exposure
- Strong command of pipeline management and sales process discipline
