Job Summary
To support a growing North American commercial team, the full-time salaried Head of Sales, North America will manage and coach a team of account executives, drive pipeline performance, and engage in complex deal cycles while executing the go-to-market strategy remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of account executives through performance coaching, pipeline reviews, and onboarding
- Own and be accountable for team quota, maintaining accurate forecasting and addressing pipeline gaps
- Participate in key prospect and customer calls, supporting deal qualification and cross-functional collaboration
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B technology sales, with at least 2 years in a team management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in an IT consulting environment
- Experience in selling Enterprise Service Management and related services, preferably in the Financial Services industry
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM for effective pipeline management
- Comfortable utilizing data and sales analytics tools to enhance team performance
