Job Summary
Leading the Sales Strategy and Revenue Analytics pillars, the full-time Head of Sales Strategy will establish the GTM operating model, manage revenue forecasting, and drive sales processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the GTM operating model, including territory design and quota-setting, ensuring alignment with business targets
- Build and manage the forecasting process for bookings and renewals, delivering reliable forecasts and variance explanations
- Run QBR and WBR forums to maintain alignment and accountability within the GTM organization, providing strategic insights to leadership
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in Revenue Strategy, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations at B2B companies
- Experience owning an end-to-end forecasting process
- Proven ability to design territory and quota models at scale
- Experience in building and leading teams with direct reports across strategy or analytics functions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models from scratch
