Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Sales - Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell enterprise AI triage solutions into National Health Services/Governments to reduce ER admissions and improve patient throughput
• Own the full sales cycle, from stakeholder mapping to contract signature on $5m+ ARR deals
• Build a $25M+ pipeline using networks, account-based strategies, and thought leadership

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of AI Triage, AI/ML concepts, or healthcare IT systems
• A builder's mindset with a comfort in uncharted territory
• Experience closing technology deals above $5m+ ARR with government entities
• Established network within government, ideally in Health Ministries
• Ability to iterate offers rapidly in pursuit of product-market fit
