Job Summary
Driving growth across the United States, the full-time Head of Sales US will manage a sales team, establish sales strategies, and oversee B2B revenue while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a US-based sales team, coaching on enterprise sales execution and driving performance
- Establish and monitor KPIs, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement in sales metrics
- Define the US go-to-market approach and build a repeatable sales process for Enterprise and Mid-Market clients
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record of owning and delivering a revenue target in the US market
- Experience selling complex SaaS, AI, or technical products to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale a sales team
- Data-driven approach to sales management, fluent in CRM and pipeline analytics
