Job Summary
To ensure the success of a growing network of microschools, the full-time Head of Schools will lead the school success function, providing strategic guidance and support to school leaders while working remotely and traveling as necessary.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and scale the school success function across the network, focusing on the long-term health and performance of the schools
- Define exceptional school success metrics and develop strategies to support founders in academics, operations, enrollment, and finance
- Hire and develop a strong team of account managers, fostering a culture of excellence and clarity around outcomes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in school leadership, customer success, or supporting education entrepreneurs
- Experience in building and managing account management or partner success teams
- Strong customer orientation with a proven ability to build trust-based relationships
- Demonstrated experience in coaching school leaders or operators in nontraditional settings
- Comfortable engaging across various areas including operations, finance, enrollment, and academics
