Head of Security & Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Security & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own security and compliance across the organization, establishing priorities and workflows
• Assess the current security posture and develop a plan for improvement
• Define and implement security and compliance requirements in collaboration with Engineering and IT teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience in security and compliance within a payments, fintech, or PCI-regulated environment
• Hands-on experience with PCI DSS, ISO27001, and SOC2, including audit preparation and delivery
• Proven track record of owning and delivering compliance programs
• Experience in a growing or scaling company with a focus on structure and prioritization
• Ability to lead a small team and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
