Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Security Engineering to lead the development and implementation of security engineering strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the vision and strategy for the Security Engineering program
• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity engineers, fostering a collaborative environment
• Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes and ensure compliance with security regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on technology and engineering
• 8+ years in a leadership role managing team members
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and data protection solutions
• Deep understanding of network security concepts and EDR/EPP solutions
