Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Security & Observability ISV Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the security and observability ISV partnership strategy, including segmentation and success metrics
• Manage relationships with top security and observability ISVs to drive integrations and joint field execution
• Collaborate with Product and Security/Trust teams to design and launch integrations that enhance governance and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product partnerships, business development, or partner management, with 7+ years in security or observability
• Proven success in launching ISV integrations and GTM motions with hyperscalers
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity and observability ecosystems
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills to influence various teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
