Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Self-Serve Revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall retention through research, data analysis, and experiments
- Build systems to enhance ROI for customers by transitioning from monthly to annual plans
- Increase revenue per course or membership for Hosts and identify opportunities for plan upgrades
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product-led revenue or SaaS, preferably as a former consumer or SaaS product entrepreneur
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments with a focus on achieving outcomes
- Proven track record of building retention features that positively impacted revenue
- Comfortable working with data, including building queries and conducting A/B tests
- Bonus for experience in environments where self-serve and sales-led motions coexist
