Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Self-Serve Revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive overall retention through research, data analysis, and experiments
  • Build systems to enhance ROI for customers by transitioning from monthly to annual plans
  • Increase revenue per course or membership for Hosts and identify opportunities for plan upgrades
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in product-led revenue or SaaS, preferably as a former consumer or SaaS product entrepreneur
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments with a focus on achieving outcomes
  • Proven track record of building retention features that positively impacted revenue
  • Comfortable working with data, including building queries and conducting A/B tests
  • Bonus for experience in environments where self-serve and sales-led motions coexist
