Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Service Operations (Sr. Manager/Director).
Key Responsibilities
- Own daily execution of the full Service Operations function as a single integrated manufacturing system
- Manage a team of line managers and senior managers across all production workflows, setting performance expectations and developing leaders
- Drive production reviews and manage capacity dynamically to ensure quality and throughput
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing high-volume, process-driven operations, preferably in financial services or fintech
- Strong background in manufacturing or industrial operations with a focus on throughput and utilization
- Proven track record in managing multi-workflow operations with dynamic balancing
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma principles; formal certification is a plus
- Familiarity with financial services workflows, particularly in accounting, tax, and bookkeeping
