Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Investigations/Services organization across the US public sector
• Assess current contracts and financials to recommend strategic actions
• Create strategies to drive revenue growth through enhanced customer engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of leadership experience
• Proven track record in solutions and services leadership for revenue growth
• Deep understanding of public sector customer needs and government contracts
• Experience in developing and implementing KPIs and driving operational efficiency
• High adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
