Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in SMB/mid-market growth roles, preferably in technology or consulting services
• Experience launching subscription or usage-based offerings, particularly in the AI services space
• Personal adoption of AI tools and an AI-first mindset for problem solving
• Strong data mindset with comfort in automation and lightweight product management
• Understanding of modern AI platforms and generative AI technologies
