Job Summary
Hands-on and results-oriented, the remote Head of SMB Growth Marketing will own the SMB growth engine, focusing on acquisition, conversion, and pipeline acceleration while leveraging AI to enhance growth programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Own SMB growth initiatives aimed at scaling trial starts and improving trial-to-paid conversion performance
- Build and optimize lifecycle marketing programs and high-performing campaigns across various channels
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing to enhance funnel performance and drive measurable pipeline growth
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or related SaaS growth roles
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and improving conversion performance
- Hands-on experience using AI to enhance growth marketing execution and optimize workflows
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization strategies
- Experience building and scaling high-performing growth campaigns with measurable business impact
