Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in SMB/mid-market growth roles (services, SaaS, or productized services)
• Experience launching subscription or usage-based offerings
• Strong data mindset with comfort in automation and AI augmentation
• Experience in scaling product-led growth and inside sales motions
