Head of SMS Lead Generation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of SMS Lead Generation Strategy (Sending & Data Acquisition).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and negotiate revenue-share agreements with data vendors for compliant homeowner data
• Design, launch, and manage SMS marketing campaigns to generate home offer leads
• Ensure compliance with SMS regulations and manage the SMS infrastructure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or lead generation, with 2 years in SMS marketing
• Experience in generating leads within the real estate sector is preferred
• Strong understanding of TCPA regulations and SMS compliance requirements
• Proven negotiation skills for managing revenue-share partnerships
• Hands-on experience with SMS platforms and data management tools
