Job Summary
Leading the charge in social commerce, the full-time salaried Head of Social Commerce will manage the TikTok Shop P&L, develop a high-performing team, and cultivate strategic partnerships, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the TikTok Shop P&L, driving revenue and profitability targets
- Lead and scale a team of affiliate managers and brand growth experts
- Manage the strategic relationship with TikTok, including Joint Business Plan negotiations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, or creator commerce
- Proven track record of managing and developing talent to meet performance targets
- Deep knowledge of affiliate programs and the creator economy
- Experience in building and maximizing high-level external platform partnerships
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex data and manage budgets
