Head of Solutions Analytics

Job Summary

Leading a team of business analysts and data scientists, the full-time remote Head of Solutions Analytics will partner with sales to shape fraud and identity strategies, develop compelling analytical narratives, and expand the team's consultative work with partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with account executives to shape fraud and identity strategies for partners
• Translate analysis into executive-ready narratives and presentations
• Build and scale the Solutions Analytics team while establishing best practices

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in people management
• Background in consulting, financial services, analytics, or high-growth startups
• Proven track record of leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong data and analytics fundamentals with storytelling skills
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
