Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Solutions Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a metrics-driven solutions architect operating model to enhance deal outcomes and reporting
• Define the vision and performance standards for Solutions Architects across pre-sale and post-sale activities
• Increase SA effectiveness in high-impact district engagements such as demos and workshops

Required Qualifications

• Experience in education, EdTech, or K-12 implementation environments
• Experience managing Solutions Architects or similar technical customer-facing teams
• Strong understanding of K-12 district landscapes and AI in education
• Demonstrated ability to build processes in ambiguous environments
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Professional Services in complex sales contexts
