Key Responsibilities

• Drive solution consulting support for sales processes, including demos and technical guidance
• Manage and develop a team of solution consultants across various regions and segments
• Implement data-driven processes and establish relationships with Product and Engineering teams for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in solution consulting, sales engineering, or related SaaS roles
• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing GTM or solution teams
• Experience in both pre-sales and post-sales functions
• Fluency in CRMs, marketing automation, and data integrations
• Operational excellence in process improvement and documentation
