Job Summary
Leading the Solutions Engineering organization across the Americas, the full-time Head of Solutions Engineering will drive technical win rates, accelerate deals, and shape Vanta's go-to-market strategy in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own SE attach rate, win rate, and revenue per SE across all Americas segments while partnering with sales leaders for optimal technical coverage
- Lead and develop a team of Solutions Engineers, fostering a culture of speed, precision, and customer focus
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to enhance operational excellence and ensure seamless post-sale outcomes
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting in SaaS, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of leading SE teams across multiple segments, including high-velocity SMB/Growth and complex Enterprise deals
- Experience partnering with Sales leadership at the VP and Director level, co-owning outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to build operational systems that make Solutions impact measurable and repeatable
- Background in GRC, compliance, security, or identity is a strong plus
