Head of Solutions Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the Solutions Engineering function, the full-time remote Head of Solutions Engineering will engage with strategic customers, support complex enterprise sales conversations, and coach a growing team while driving successful implementation and adoption of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Solutions Engineering function, setting standards for technical support across pre-sales, implementation, and adoption
• Act as a hands-on technical leader for enterprise accounts, guiding customer implementations to success
• Coach Solutions Engineers in effective discovery, demos, and managing technical objections to build customer confidence

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in Solutions Engineering or related technical customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS
• Strong technical literacy, including familiarity with APIs and technical troubleshooting
• Experience managing or mentoring technical teams, with a focus on customer engagement
• Comfortable leading technical discovery and recommending practical solutions for enterprise customers
• Familiarity with AI tools and their integration into workflows is a plus
