Head of Special Projects

Job Summary

Driving high-priority external projects, the full-time Head of Special Projects will own and execute initiatives from concept to delivery in a remote environment, focusing on building real solutions in undefined domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Own external and market-facing projects end to end, from scoping to delivering finished outcomes
• Conduct research and produce tangible outputs, including working products and frameworks
• Collaborate across functions to drive multi-million dollar initiatives, ensuring accountability for outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience owning complex, ambiguous projects and driving them to completion
• Proven track record of building real products, companies, or business lines from scratch
• Strong technical foundation with experience in engineering, product, or analytics roles
• Fluency in using modern AI tools to build and ship solutions
• Exceptional written communication skills, capable of clarifying complex situations for actionable outcomes
