Head of Stablecoins

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Stablecoins to lead the strategy, growth, and ecosystem development of stablecoins.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the stablecoin growth strategy from issuer relationships to on-chain distribution
• Build and manage relationships with stablecoin issuers, exchanges, custodians, and DeFi protocols
• Design and oversee commercial strategies and liquidity initiatives to attract stablecoin capital on-chain

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business development, product strategy, growth, or ecosystem leadership in crypto or fintech
• Strong understanding of stablecoin mechanics, DeFi liquidity dynamics, and on-chain incentive design
• Proven ability to build and maintain senior relationships with issuers and institutional partners
• Sharp analytical thinking with experience in data modeling and scenario analysis
• Experience in payments infrastructure or traditional capital markets is a plus
