Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Startup Ecosystem & Ecosystem Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead developer outreach and onboarding, startup ecosystem, and ecosystem success teams
• Define, launch, and scale a builder funnel for attracting and onboarding builders, projects, and entrepreneurs
• Grow and scale in-house incubator and accelerator initiatives for successful startups and products

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in building and leading teams in startup or tech organizations
• 5+ years of experience in ecosystem success, customer success, or partner management
• 2+ years of blockchain or web3 experience with a strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem
• Strong leadership skills with a strategic problem-solving approach
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment
