Job Summary
Owning the strategy for breaking into and winning complex health system accounts, the full-time Head of National Strategic Accounts will engage directly in high-stakes deals, leveraging C-suite relationships and building frameworks to elevate the entire revenue team's capabilities in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the expert on structuring and winning large health system deals, actively engaging in key negotiations
- Leverage an existing network of health system executives to open doors and maintain relationships that drive business outcomes
- Build and document the operating cadence and coaching infrastructure for the revenue team to enhance their effectiveness on complex accounts
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in enterprise healthcare sales or strategic account leadership with experience in large health systems
- Proven track record of closing $5M+ deals in multi-stakeholder, multi-year sales cycles
- Established relationships with C-suite executives in health systems that can be activated immediately
- Experience navigating complex health system procurement processes and understanding clinical workflows
- Experience in building and mentoring a strategic accounts or enterprise sales team
