Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of strategic accounts, the full-time Head of Strategic Accounts will drive retention and expansion for high-value customers while leading executive-level relationships and cross-functional initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts ($100K+ ARR), focusing on retention and expansion
- Conduct executive-level strategic conversations to influence contracts and commercial outcomes
- Collaborate with AEs and PMs to facilitate multi-team expansions and translate account needs into product roadmaps
Required qualifications
- Proven commercial track record with measurable revenue achievements, including upsells and renewals
- Experience engaging with C-suite and VP stakeholders to drive contracts and relationships
- Ability to navigate enterprise account complexities and multi-stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated success in winning back at-risk accounts and overcoming competitive challenges
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in strategic account management
