Job Summary
To drive product innovation and revenue expansion, the full-time remote Head of Strategic Alliances will define and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy, build a portfolio of strategic partnerships, and lead deal structuring and negotiation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a partnerships strategy aligned with product and market priorities
- Lead end-to-end partnership deal design and negotiate complex agreements with stakeholders
- Design and scale a partner ecosystem, establishing governance and performance frameworks
Required Qualifications:
- 10-15+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development within healthcare or enterprise SaaS
- Proven track record of structuring and scaling high-value partnerships
- Strong understanding of healthcare data, workflows, and regulatory constraints
- Experience working with AI, platform ecosystems, or data-driven solutions
- Ability to operate across strategy, deal execution, and scaling
