Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading high-performing Customer Success teams in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients (1,000+ employees) and understanding their unique needs
- Strong strategic and operational skills, with a focus on process improvements and measurable outcomes
- Ability to navigate complex products and design programs that enhance the customer journey
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
