Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Strategic Finance to drive financial planning and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO and executive team to drive financial planning and strategic decision-making
• Build financial models and forecasts for fundraising and long-term planning
• Lead strategic initiatives and establish the Strategic Finance function while building a high-performing team

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
• Exceptional modeling skills and business intuition
• Proven ability to influence and partner cross-functionally
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Passion for healthcare, AI, or mission-driven technology is a major plus
