Head of Strategic Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Strategic Finance to lead the financial planning and analysis function and partner with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO, CFO, and executive team to drive strategic financial decisions
• Lead financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, guidance, and budgeting
• Manage and develop a high-performing Strategic Finance team while ensuring compliance with financial regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in tech or fintech industries
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
• Experience presenting to C-level executives, board members, and external stakeholders
