Job Summary

Driving execution across the CFO's strategic initiative portfolio, the full-time Head of Strategic Initiatives will coordinate cross-functional efforts, translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, and ensure alignment among stakeholders in a fully remote role for candidates residing in California or Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution across the CFO's strategic initiative portfolio
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable workplans, milestones, and accountability frameworks
• Monitor progress and proactively identify execution risks and dependencies

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic finance, corporate development, or program management
• Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred
