Head of Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

Partnering with the CEO and executive team, the full-time Head of Strategic Initiatives will identify and build new sources of enterprise value by developing market strategies, executing commercial models, and establishing go-to-market motions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives from thesis through commercialization, including business case and execution plan
• Identify and develop new markets, customer segments, and business models for competitive advantage
• Build repeatable playbooks around successful initiatives and transition proven motions into core teams for scale

Required qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in strategy, business development, or enterprise technology
• Track record of transforming ambiguous opportunities into executable strategies and measurable outcomes
• Strong commercial instincts with experience in developing new markets and complex enterprise opportunities
• Ability to influence and execute across functions without relying on direct organizational authority
• Experience in regulated markets such as government, telecommunications, or utilities is a plus
