Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Strategic Operations (Sr. Manager/Director).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage Member Operations workflows as productized funnels with measurable quality and automated feedback loops
• Oversee the Operations Intelligence Warehouse for data-driven decision-making on throughput, quality, and capacity
• Lead a team to implement statistical process control and develop operational models using low-code and AI-assisted tools

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations strategy, applied operations research, or management in high-volume service businesses
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling, with hands-on experience in low-code application development
• Experience in workflow and process design, with a focus on operations as a flow
• Strong analytical skills in statistical process control and capacity modeling
• Ability to communicate complex operational concepts effectively across teams
