Job Summary
Building and leading a specialized sales team, the full-time Head of Strategic Product Sales will be responsible for accelerating the adoption of Block's priority products through strategic customer engagement and revenue growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Build and scale Block's Product Sales organization, defining operating models and strategies for team engagement
- Own the commercial success of strategic products, developing strategies to increase adoption and monitor business performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new products and optimize customer experiences while driving product commercialization
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, fintech, SaaS, or payments, with significant leadership experience in sales or commercial strategy
- Proven success in building and leading overlay sales or product specialist organizations in fast-growing environments
- Track record of driving product adoption and expansion revenue in complex B2B settings
- Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills, with experience engaging senior customer stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to develop scalable operating models and lead organizations through change
