A company is looking for a Head of Strategy & Business Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategy and financial model to meet customer needs and deliver results
• Lead strategic decision-making processes and provide recommendations based on analysis and forecasting
• Mentor and develop team members while managing teams focused on strategy, data utilization, project governance, and employee engagement

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of industry experience, including management consulting and strategic initiatives
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Exceptional analytical and financial abilities
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in cross-team collaboration and execution
