Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Strategy & Business Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and socialize a comprehensive strategy and plan with financial modeling to meet customer needs
• Lead strategic decision-making processes and provide recommendations based on analysis and forecasting
• Mentor and develop team members while managing teams focused on strategy, data, PMO, and employee engagement

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of industry experience, including management consulting and strategic initiatives
• 5 years of people leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on sustainable outcomes
• Proven experience in cross-team collaboration and execution
