Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategy and plan with financial modeling
- Lead strategic decision-making processes and provide recommendations based on analysis
- Mentor and develop team members, conduct market research, and communicate strategic plans effectively
Required Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of experience, including 3 years in management consulting and 5 years in strategic initiatives
- Strong leadership skills to empower teams
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and financial abilities
- Ability to implement with results and work across teams to drive execution
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
