Job Summary

Leading the Strategy & Operations function, the full-time Head of Strategy and Operations will collaborate closely with the COO and senior leadership to tackle high-priority operational and strategic challenges, driving scalability and profitability in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Strategy & Operations team, ensuring quality output and effective prioritization
  • Diagnose and structure high-stakes operational problems, providing executive-ready recommendations and analyses
  • Identify and solve operational constraints while translating ambiguous issues into clear workplans and scalable processes
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting, preferably with a strong consulting foundation (MBB)
  • Post-consulting experience leading a Strategy & Operations function at a high-growth startup
  • Proven track record in managing and developing teams, with a focus on high-autonomy leadership
  • Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization, from executives to frontline operators
