Head of Strategy and Operations

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives, the full-time Head of Strategy and Operations will work remotely, managing operational teams, driving key projects, and producing executive materials while collaborating closely with the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Run the company's operational system, ensuring effective planning, goal setting, and execution
• Manage operations teams, overseeing customer support, product operations, and compliance while maintaining service levels
• Own executive workstreams, including board decks and investor updates, while providing analytical insights for decision-making

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy and operations, preferably in a high-growth company or consulting/banking background
• Proven track record of execution and managing cross-functional projects
• Experience in people management and operational team oversight
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL or similar tools for data analysis
• Familiarity with payments, fintech, or crypto contexts and compliance regulations
